Greg has worked at JIBC from 1999-2009 and 2012 until present, with positions in Corrections and Community Justice, Health Sciences, and Justice and Public Safety. His current role is program manager for the Law Enforcement Studies diploma and degree programs, where he also teaches criminology and youth justice.
During his JIBC tenure, he also served as Research Ethics Board member, co-chair, and chair.
Greg's undergraduate program was completed at Simon Fraser University with a capstone project on education in correctional services. His master’s degree at the University of Victoria included a major project based upon employee development within British Columbia’s youth custody services. His research interests are located in organizational development and excellence.
