Abstract/Description

Abstract	Abstract This research analyzed the learning outcomes of police recruits acting as victims/suspects during scenarios as part of the new JIBC Police Academy curriculum implemented in 2016. Self-debrief reports from junior recruits were analyzed using a qualitative approach to determine what these recruits believe they have learned through role playing in scenarios for senior recruits.
