Marjory completed her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at the University of Victoria and completed her Master of Library Science at UBC. She has worked as a librarian in the forest products industry, health care, and, post-secondary education. After completing the B.C. Provincial Instructor Diploma Program she focussed on instruction in the post-secondary library field.
